I was first introduced to Thai yoga in 2010 during my 200-hour yoga teacher training, and from the very first session, I was captivated. The graceful flow, deep intention, and healing energy of the practice drew me in completely. Inspired, I began practicing Thai yoga postures on willing friends and family whenever time allowed, nurturing a quiet passion as I continued working in the public school system.

After eight years as an educator, I felt called to take this journey deeper. In 2016, I traveled to Thailand and immersed myself in the roots of the practice—living there for a month to study under master teachers and earning my Level 1 and 2 Thai yoga certifications. Since 2012, I’ve had the joy of offering Thai yoga professionally, sharing its restorative power and meditative grace with others. It remains one of my most treasured accolades—a practice that continually inspires me to blend movement, mindfulness, and care into every session.
